Service Description

This unique session combines creative activities with practical techniques to help children navigate the ups and downs of school and life. Through crafting, interactive exercises, and group discussions, your child will learn effective strategies to manage stress and build resilience. Cancellation Policy Health 101 allows cancellations with a total refund up to two weeks before a class is held. Partial refunds are offered for cancellations one week prior to a class. Beyond that point, a credit is issued to the customer to be used for a future class. Parents can drop off their kids and enjoy some well-deserved time out—whether it's a quiet evening, a dinner date, or simply a break. For more details and to sign up, please contact us.
